(I can't really explain this. I had the idea a few hours ago but couldn't think of a title for it ^^;. It's the night before the finals. Go with me on this. It's not like the show aired it as 'The Night Before' I was just bored ^^;. Oh and with us using Made-ups a lot, there will be more people in the finals then they showed in the show. So yeah...And yes I realize it should be Dawn Until Dusk but to me that made no sense because this takes place during the night. Oh and I suppose we've already screwed it up with how things are going so just go with it. It's a AU I guess you could call it)
A quarter passed one in the morning and two teens were found sitting on the edge of a bed, thumbing through cards. Kris sighed and set her deck down on the bedside table before lying back on the bed so she was staring up at the ceiling. She couldn't sleep. And she did at least try to. She was to wide awake so she looked through her deck, adding and taking away cards, trying to think of the perfect stratagy. She looked over at Ryou who had grabbed her cards from the table and started thumbing through them.
"You think anyone else is awake right now?" Kris asked as she stood up and pulled out her laptop, returning to her place on the bed. She was now lying on her stomach, she pressed the on button to the laptop.
"Don't know, why?" Ryou asked.
Kris shrugged. "I was going to open up my Instant Message and see if anyone was on. If they are we could hang out for a while."
"It's one in the morning." Ryou replied.
"Yeah and so far neither of us have gotten any sleep." Kris replied.
"You've kept me awake all night. That's my excuse." Ryou said as he put the cards down on the table again before laying down next to Kris so he could see the screen.
When she got her Instant Message to pop up, she logged in and started typing something.
-Kurai- - Hello? Anyone here?
"That's your message?" Ryou asked, raising his eyebrows. "You go through all of that just for that."
"It's better then wasting my time typing something really long to find out no one else is on." Kris replied.
