(Here's the thing with it being snowy and everything right now I thought of this...That and my dad actually had this happen. They could be snowed int the school. Just the regulars...Not everyone from the school. Okay? Okay.)
"Check it!"
Halfway through a detention in which the entire GX gang got stuck in (after some huge fight that MOST of them were trying to break up...) Kylie had jumped up and ran over to the window. Her head was pressed against the ice cold glass, and her eyes were wide open. It was a winter wonderland! The last time she had looked outside was when they walked to the school which was only eight hours ago. By then there had to have been at least twelve feet of snow. Now the snow was at least halfway as tall as the window.
"Neat!"
She grinned and turned to look at the others, all in which seemed to be occupied by different things. Leave it to Kylie to stare out the window and realize there was far too much snow. None of the others seemed to care about the amount of snow they had. But to Kylie, it was amazing. She had never seen snow that high before. And it was rare that Duelist Academy got snow.
So, after shouting out the snow thing, Kylie sat back down and for the rest of the detention, she spent starring out the window, watching as more snow fell and as more snow piled on top of the other snow.
By the time the bell rang (signaling detention was over), there had to have been at least another foot of snow then last time, making the snow appear just barely as tall as the window was. As the bell, rang, Kylie sprang up, waving good-bye to all of her friends and sprinted out the door. She wanted to spend as much time in the snow as possible before dark.
But as she reached the school doors, she pushed on it and found it wouldn't move. This seemed strange. Why wouldn't it open? Sure there was a lot of snow out there, but surely it wasn't enough for her not to be able to open the door.
She tried again, but to no avail. Slowly, Kylie turned to face the others.
"Um...A little help?" she asked.
