Kaiba shrugged.
"Hey," Mac said, "It's OK. She'll be here." The last thing they needed was Kaiba to freak out again.
"It'll be OK..." Mac said again, reassuringly. But Kaiba wasn't reassured.

Kaiba sighed and stared at the stars coming into the sky. He looked down at the grass and rested his head in his hand.
Mac came and sat next to him on the edge of the stage.
"K..." he said, "I am so sorry..."
"S'OK..." Kaiba whispered, "I probably deserved it anyway..."

(I don't remember -.- SCENE CHANGE "I'll see you later..." Kris hung up the phone after having spent an hour talking to Ryou, she stood up, grabbing a jacket off the back of the chair and put it on, making her way outside. She walked around for a bit and after about fifteen minutes she just happened to end up at Kaiba's mansion. She walked up the driveway and to the porch, ringing the doorbell at least ten ten times and leaning against the railing, waiting for someone to answer. |

Adi ran down the stairs and opened the door. "Hi Kris!" she shouted and looked behind her. "No! Andi that's not crack put it down! Yes it's expensive! ...NO!! Don't!!" she shouted again and ran into the living room.

"Hi Kris!" Mac skidded across the tile in his socks. "Wassup? Seto's...um..."
"Tired of you guys freeloading." They all looked up as Kaiba jumped the last few steps to the long marble stairs. "Beat it. Give us a minute will ya?"
The other three sprinted off into different rooms and Kaiba stepped out on the porch with Kris, shutting the door behind him. He leaned against the doorframe and tugged as his black Limp Bizkit t-shirt.
"So..." he started.

"I haven't heard from Ali yet..." Kris said quietly, "She won't answer her phone...And Ryou's tried calling as well." she fell silent after a minute but finally said, "I'm really sorry..."

Adi calle in from the kitchen. "You're in trouble too you know!" Adi shouted at Seto. "Now get your ass in here and tell this oaf to stop sniffing the salt shakers!"
There was a grumble as everyone in the hallway could hear the conversation Adi and Andi were having.
"This doesn't feel high..."
"That's because you're not."
"I am too! Wheeee!...nope...not the same."
"Exacatacally..."
"Whoah! Is that Russian?!"
"No..."
"I knew it!"
Sigh
"What?"
"What what?"
"What what what?"
"Huh? What what you said what."
"What? You said what before I said what. Wait- what?"
"I dunno..."
"Hm..."
*silence*
"I'm a genius you know..."
"I'm sure you are Andi..."
