(Wanna know what I do every day? I come home from school, totally blow off any homework for that day, turn on my PS2 and play Kingdom Hearts until I've died 17 times fighting the same boss over and over and I'm screaming so loud people in Kentucky call to ask us to shut up until I just wanna stick my head in our oven and be done with it all. And you know what? I enjoy it! Yes, I must be insane, but I actually love the dopomine and the adrenaline rush. And at some point, like this afternoon when I beat the shit out of Maleficent's dragon form on my first try without so much as a summoning or a scratch, I am rewarded for my sore throat and 3rd degree burns. It struck me the other day that not many girls get this worked up about gaming. But I know a couple of GX boys who probably do the same thing every day and try the same game induced suicide as I do. Wanna know what they do every day? Let's find out...)

(Fine I wanna use Kaden first...Kaden and Kylie then I might throw Jaden in it. If I don't do that in this post I'll do it in another one ;D Are we ready? Lets find out...) "WHAT THE-OH COME ON!" the screams could be be heard throughout the entire dorm room as two kids sat in the room, staring at the bright light that was coming from the plasma screen TV. The boy in the Slifer Red blazer was sitting on the edge of the bed, so close that he could've fallen off the bed if he really tried. And a few times that's exactly what he did. He fell off at least six times during the time the two of them had spent playing Kylie's new Kingdom Hearts game that she had gotten for Christmas. "That's not fair! He was right there! RIGHT THERE!" the teen snapped as he glared daggers at the TV. Kylie chuckled as she reached up toward the boy (she was sitting on the floor, her back against the bed). She tried grabbing for the controller but the boy pulled it out of her reach. "Come on, Kaden!" Kylie snapped, "It's my turn." "Not yet," Kaden said as he pressed ''continue' "Let me beat him first then you can have it, okay?" "No!" Kylie said as she turned and stood up on her knees, again trying to reach for the controller. "You've tried six times now! It's my turn. And it's my game." Kaden ignored her as he pushed her out of the way so he could see the screen again. "Kaden!" Kylie snapped as she sood up now, blocking the boys view of the TV. "I CAN'T SEE!" Kaden shouted, growing furious with the girl, "MOVE!" "Give me the controller then I'll move," Kylie said, folding her arms across her chest. " Now" she added. "No. I told you let me beat him first then you can have the controller back." Kaden repeated as he tried to move so he could see around her. Kylie stepped into his line of view again, this time looking extremely pissed. "You've been playing half of the day. It's my turn." she said. "In a minute," Kaden said. Repeatedly, he pressed the different buttons on the controller,while all the while standing up so he could see the TV again. "You're going to die," Kylie said quietly as she stood right behind him, watching him play. "No I'm not," Kaden said firmly. "You're gonna die," Kylie repeated, "I can see it now. 'Kaden tries for the record of most consecutive losses in history' is what the headlines all around the school are going to read." "Shut-up, Kylie!" Kaden said through gritted teeth. "Watch out!" Kylie yelled out suddenly. Kaden jumped and just as he did so, the monster he had been fighting striked him again, this time causing him to die. The screen went white. "Damn you, Kylie!" Kaden snapped as he turned his rage onto the girl. "I was that close-" he held up two fingers, both only a few centimeters away from each other. "I could've had him!" Kylie smiled. The smile soon faded when she saw the look Kaden was giving her. There was a moment of silence as Kaden glared at her. "AHHH!" Kylie yelled as she ran around the room, trying make it to the door, which just happened to be by the PS2. Kaden chased after her and the two of them ran around the room, passing the door at least a half dozen times. Kylie jumped over the futon couch and was now standing by the TV and the cords and the PS2. Kaden was closing in. Seeing him coming from the other direction, Kylie ran through the tangle of cords and somehow managed to trip over the cord that attatched to the TV. She fell to the ground, and with that came the sound of three different cords unplugging from the TV. The screen went black. Kaden stopped running and looked from the TV to Kylie. The last time they saved the game was over two hours ago..Clear on the other side of where they needed to be for the boss fight Kaden had been in. "I'm...Sorry?" Kylie said as she looked up at Kaden. He didn't look happy. "You can always try again." And with that said, Kaden continued to chase her around the room, this time mad about the fact she 'accidentally' unplugged the game. (I wrote a novel -.-  |

(OH! Sam did that to me once! Now for my typical afternoon on KH...)
"Oh! YES! I got him! I got him! I don't got him...I don't got him! No! No no no...NO! I HAD him!" Chazz growled savagely, as if wishing he could go into the game and take Sepheroth on personally to ensure his victory, only he knew he stood less chance of winning than Sora did.
"My turn!" Zane grinned, snatching the control Chazz had dropped to the floor in his rage and disbelief.
"I KNOW I can beat that asshole..." he grumbled, sitting up and hugging his pillow, ready to watch Zane's bout with Cloud's dark side.
"Sure you can," Zane assured him halfheartedly, fighting his way through Heartless to where Sephiroth stood looking out of the remains of Hollow Bastion.
"I mean it, I can!" Chazz snapped. He was the best gamer in the world. He'd thrashed the first Kingdom Hearts in a week, and he could do it on the second one too.
"Whatever, shut up!" Zane snapped and the fight began.
"Oh shit!" Zane's fingers flew over the controller but Sephiroth had him beat in two swings, reaction commands and all. "He's freakin FAST!" Zane complained over Chazz's laughter.
"You're worse than me!" he cackled.
"Shut it, your turn." Zane handed him the control, and Sepheroth handed him his ass, again.

(I know. I was there when he did it. We were playing YYH. *drools over Zane playing a Kingdom Hearts Game)
"No touchy!" Kaden said as he blocked Kylie's path to the now plugged in Playstation 2.
"Hello! It's mine!" Kylie snapped.
"I don't care," Kaden said as he sat back down on the bed again, the controller in hand. "I've got to go back back and beat Riku again, no thanks to you."
Kylie sighed, "Fine." she said as she walked to the door. She stopped and grabbed her cellphone from the nightstand. "Call me when you finally beat him..." with that she turned and walked out the door.
She wandered around for a bit before she could hear shouts coming from a nearby room. The ovices seemed oddly familiar. And sure enough, as she stood outside of the door listening to the shouts, she recognized the voices as Zane and Chazz, no doubt they had been playing a game just like Kaden and her had done before Kaden got pissed at her.
She waited a few minutes and continued to listen to them shouting before she finally knocked on the door, hoping they would let her come in.

"God!" Chazz died again, distracted by the sound at the door. "I swear! I freaking had his ass! I was so close! That little mother fu-"
"Chazz!" Zane called from the door. He opened it and smiled at Kylie. "Hey. Were we bothering you guys again?"
"You cost me a win!" Chazz shouted from the living room. "You have no idea how much time I've run up on the file fighting this jerkoff!"
(Guess what. I'm pissed. Jess beat her KH2 already...I feel upstaged! I AM the best gamer! ...aren't I, Cubby? T.T)

(True. And sure Kay can join! She has very little experience on either game yet, but what the hell! C'mon Kay-chan!)
"If you can beat this asshole, you can move right in..." Chazz grumbled, glaring at Sephiroth's back as he spoke to Sora.
"I don't think you actually HAVE to beat him, Chazz..." Zane pointed out.
"Sure I do," Chazz said, "I'm the best gamer ever. I can beat anybody."
"Yeah, but remember," Zane pointed out, "You skipped the Hades Cup entirely on the first one and still beat the game. And that counts for a lot more."
Chazz shrugged, but Zane was right. On Kingdom Hearts 1, Chazz could only get to the 10th seed in the Hades Cup, where you had to fight Hades himself. He could only imagine what the Final Seed must have been... He gave up after about a hundred tries and went on to beat the game only an hour later.
"Besides, you've already opened the door to Radiant Gardens, go on and get back to Twilight Town so we can unlock the door to Castle Oblivion. I wanna fight the Nobodies." Zane said.

"I wanna fight Sephiroth first," Kylie said. "Please? Kaden won't let me play my game so I cna't try to beat him n the first Kingdom Hearts..." she sighed and looked at Chazz, "Please?" she asked.

Chazz reluctantly handed over the controller. If he couldn't beat Cloud's dark side, maybe Kylie could. She was the second best gamer around. For a girl...
"Whatever," he muttered, "But I'M takin on Organization XIII."

"Fine," Kylie said. "But if you can't beat them the first time I call it next time."
With that said she started fighting her way through the heartless to where Sephiroth was. And after eliminating the heartless, the real challange began. Sephiroth didn't even give her a chance to attack, with one swift smovement, half of her health was down.
"Shit!" her fingers flew over the different buttons, trying to dodge Sephiroth long enough to heal herself. She started to heal herself when Sephiroth hit her again. Causing her remaining health points to drop to zero.
Kylie sighed, trying to control her anger. At least she lasted more then five seconds fighting him. She knew he would be hard to fight, so she was lucky she survived that long.
"Maybe it's a matter of how long you can stay alive..." she concluded.

"Like a time trial?" Chazz said, "There would be numbers in the corner."
"No, like in the first one where you were fighting the Heartless, but there were too many so Leon came and took over?" Zane said, "Remember? If you fought long enough you didn't have to actually win?"
"Yeah, like that," Kylie said.
"I don't think so..." Chazz said, "There's only one fight on here like that, and that's when Axel saves you from the Nobodies but dies trying..."
"What's a Nobody?" Kylie asked.
"Have you ever played the second one?" Chazz asked.
"No," Kylie admitted.
"That explains why you ignored the Reaction Command..." Chazz muttered.
"The what?"
Chazz sighed. "Here. I'll show you."
Chazz started another fight with Sephiroth, not intending to win, but giving Kylie the basics.
"See that?" he said, pausing the game quickly before Sephiroth could attack. He pointed to the attack and magic list, where above shone a small green triangle with the label "Block".
"THAT'S a Reaction Command." Chazz explained, "They only show up once in a while, but they have awesome graphics and can really help you in a fight. This one comes up first thing in this fight. Probably multiple times, but I never get very far...the reason you lost so quick was because you neglected to use it right of the bat. He had an open shot. Keep an eye out for others next time, OK?"
Kylie nodded.
"Know how to use the Drive guage?" Chazz asked.
Kylie shook her head.
"OK, that REALLY helps." Chazz explained, "It's like a summoning; takes magic, but not yours. There are...well, four forms, but I only have three. Valor, Wisdom, and Master. Valor is red, it gives you strength, and takes less Drive than the other two. Now, instead of taking your magic, Goofy disappears until this Drive runs out. You lose Donald for the Wisdom Drive, and BOTH of them to get to Master Form. The fourth form is the Final Form. It's white and can pretty much clinch any match your in. But I haven't earned it yet."
"You don't need it," Zane said, "You rely on your Drive too much as it is."
"Hush," Chazz snapped, then turned back to Kylie. "You can only use the Drive when Donald or Goofy are with you. In fights like this, when you're alone, you cannot use the Drive, but-"
Chazz unpaused the game, made a quick motion over the controller, and then stopped it agin.
"- you can flip the commands," he said, pointing to the attack list, which no longer listed the Drive command but said Summon instead. "You can still use these. I have Chicken Little, Stitch, Peter Pan, and Genie. None of them do much good, but..." Chazz shrugged.
"Ready to try again?" he handed her back the controller.
