Eric yawned and looked around. It was starting to get cloudy outside, and he cursed. Being the only one with a hole in his roof, he was going to end up with a cold the next morning. Shrugging it off, he walked over to Kaden and sat down. "How did you sleep?" he asked, sitting down with his own breakfast, but stealing Kaden's muffin. They did this every day, Eric got Kaden's muffin and Kaden got Eric's pancakes. He smiled and waved at Jeremy and bit into the muffin. Wiping his mouth with his napkin, he looked back over to Kaden. "Don't you think he's acting a bit queer?" he asked, raising a brow at Jeremy.
Kaden choked on his pancake ((Eric's pancake!...MY PANCAKE!!! >>)) and looked at Eric, ready to burst out laughing.
Eric looked shocked at the boy and then made a face. "You know what I mean." he said as politely as he could.

Jeremy stared at the boy a minute and then looked down at his plate. He poked at the pancakes, smooshed the eggs around. No bacon, no sausage, this place sucked. He needed meat.
He stared at the moon around his neck.
He needed it now more than ever...

"Well..." Eric smiled and looked from the boy to his friend beside him. "Queer or not, I'm going to go welcome him to the Slifer dormatory. Would you like to join me? I'm sure he could use more than one friend." he asked.

Jeremy watched the two boys watching him. He picked out their scents from the other kids in the room. They smelled OK. Not threatening or dangerous. But most humans have an angry smell to them. The one boy had it. The other didn't. At least not as much.
Odd...
Humans are usually consumed by their emotions. This Eric kept his close, hard to smell, and few were bad. Perhaps he could be OK. Someone to get along with where Jeremy's kind was scarce...

Kaden eyed the new boy and found him looking at the two of them. Reluctantly, he nodded and stood. Without waiting for Eric to follow him, Kaden walked over to where Jeremy was sitting. He smiled as politely as he could (more like as pretty-boyish as he could). "Hey," he said as he stood across the table from Jeremy. "I'm Kaden," he introdcued himself.

Eric smiled and followed Kaden. "I'm Eric Fraisuer. Welcome to the Slyfer Dorms." Eric said, putting out a hand to the other boy acrossed from him.

Kaden glared softly at the boy, noticing instantly he was talking more to Eric then to him. The hell was his problem? Kaden was the first one to introduce himself to the kid and yet he chose to ignore him. What the hell was his problem?

Eric elbowed Kaden in the side to get him to stop glaring. "It's nice to meet you aswell. So, where do you move here from, Jeremy?" Eric asked, looking back at the new boy.
