(*is singing to Jack and Diane by John Mellencamp* That's where I got the title for the rp, I figured we haven't done an rp on here in a while. I've got to see how far this one goes...)
(Warning: This is a long intro)
"This is pretty,"
"I've never known you to enjoy coming to a museum." Kris jumped as she turned and glared at her yami who was standing in his transparent form next to her. He smiled innocently as she turned away from him and started walking around. Umi sighed, starting at the pictures that lined the wall with a bored expression. "Are you almost done?" he asked.
"No," Kris said as she stopped in front of one picture, she continued walking after a minute, "But if you want you can leave..." she said.
"Me leave you here?" Umi questioned, sarcastically, "I wouldn't dream of it!"
Kris turned away from the pictures long enough to stare at her yami and say, "Drop the sarcasm, no one is keeping you here."
"Except you," Umi muttered.
Kris rolled her eyes and turned away from him, she walked down a flight of stairs to another room with Umi following behind her. "There, somethign you might enjoy."
"I doubt that," Umi muttered.
"Come on, it has to do with-" she trailed off as she looked at all of the stone tablets, she stared at one in particular before pointing to it, "Don't those two people look familiar?"
Umi stared at the picture for a minute, "Nope, never seen them before in my life." he said, he turned away and started walking back upstairs.
"Umi," Kris said sternly.
The yami sighed and walked back over to Kris, "The pharoah and Priest Seto." Umi said.
Kris stared a the tablet, she looked at the two people before looking at Umi. "What happened?"
"That's a story I think I'll wait to tell you another day," Umi said.
"Come on, Umi." Kris said, "What happened?" she repeated.
"Nothing important...Back than the two of them were rivals...something about a huge fight...the end."
"Who won?" Kris asked.
Umi shrugged, "no one really knows." he said. He pointed to the corner of the tablet, the writing was faded. "That's what told you who won. Obviously, you can't see it now." Umi said.
Kris nodded and she walked aroudn the room, staring at all of the different tablets.
